2015 Collegiate Elections - Declaration of Election of Divisional President, Vice Presidents & Executive
On 19 November 2015 at the annual meeting of the Divisional Council the Divisional President, Vice Presidents and the Divisional Executive were elected. 2015 Direct Elections - TAS Branch - Declaration of Direct Elections
The Australian Electoral Commission has declared the results of the election for the CEPU Electrical, Energy & Services Division (ETU) Tasmanian Branch Divisional Branch Delegates to Divisional Council, Branch Secretary/National Councillor, Branch Organiser, Delegates to Branch Conference and Branch State Councillors. 2015 Quadrennial Elections - Election Notice & Declaration of Election for Divisional & Assistant Divisional Secretary
On 6 July 2015 nominations opened for the election for the positions of Divisional Secretary and Assistant Divisional Secretary. Nominations closed 13 July. The result of this election was declared on 16 July 2015. Please see the attached Election Notice and Declaration for further details.

Disclosure under Section B rules 24 & 26 of material personal interests and related party payments
As at the end of December 2015, no officer disclosed a material personal interest to the Divisional Council. Accordingly, the Divisional Council has nothing to disclose pursuant to rule 24 to the members of the Division or any branch of the Division.

As at the end of December 2015, with respect to the disclosure of related party payments, the Divisional Council has nothing to disclose pursuant to rule 26 to the members of the Division or any branch of the Division.
Election Notices
At the recent Divisional Conference held 28-29 July 2014, a college election took place for the positions of Divisional President, Divisional Vice Presidents and Branch members of the Divisional Executive. Pursuant to s198 of Schedule 1 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 a copy of the post election report and the election result can be downloaded here.

Congratulations to new Divisional President, WA Branch Secretary Les McLaughlan. NSW Branch Secretary, Steve Butler and Qld Branch Secretary, Peter Simpson were both elected Vice Presidents. The rest of the Executive is constituted by:
